Founded by two events project management professionals with over 25 years of experience and a shared love of coffee and chocolate, they combined their passions to create unforgettable experiences, from conception to execution.

We provide turnkey event project management tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients and their target audience, ranging from conferences and awards programmes to bespoke events and experiences.

Co-founder and Director With 24 years of experience in media and events, holding a BCom Honours and an MBA, Taryn excels in operational and general management. Her skills in communication, relationship-building, and project management are complemented by a results-driven, transparent approach. Balancing professional and personal life with her husband and two boys, she aims to make meaningful contributions and impactful relationships.

Marcia Minnaar

Co-founder and Director

With over two decades in events management, Marcia excels as a seasoned project manager known for meticulous detail and turnkey execution. She thrives on creating unforgettable experiences, building lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers based on trust and mutual respect. Married with two dogs, she values personal commitments equally with professional ones.
